Responsible for determining performance gaps, identifying training needs.
Will be responsible for annual training calendar and training budget and ensure delivery takes place as planned.
Scheduling and managing training resources
Ensure overall quality of training delivery
Responsible for training effectiveness analysis
Identifying needs and helping in developing relevant training modules to ensure effectiveness.
Collecting feedback received from training in developing relevant training modules to ensure effectiveness
Maintaining MIS for training conducted and timely reporting the Head (Training).
Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen and market insight.
